Today is Mike's birthday and I wanted to take a minute to list a few of the reasons I'm glad he was born:
1. He is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. Once he sets his mind to something, he doesn't stop until the job is done and done right. His determination has helped him accomplish Pharmacy school with it's long hours and copious amounts of information. It helped him train for and finish a marathon. I know that any project he is a part of, will turn out incredible.
2. He is one of the friendliest people I know. He may laugh at this, but it's true. Those who are his friends can attest that he makes them feel special and loved. When he laughs, he laughs with everything he's got. He remembers birthdays and special occasions. He's so much better than I am in this area!
3. He has a strong testimony of the gospel. Mike is grounded in his faith. I never worry about where his heart is, because I see it in his actions. I love having talks with him about the atonement and faith. He helps me be a better person.
4. He is a loving husband. He is patient and makes me laugh every day. He will be an amazing father. I love watching his excitement as he talks about preparations for this baby. I love that he was just as amazed at feeling the baby move as I was. I love that he already loves this little guy so much.
Mike, you have made me so happy! I'm so grateful to have you in my life. Thanks for being born, babe.

Happy Birthday Mike! I am still getting to know you but from I what I do know you are an amazing Brother in law. Thanks for taking care of my baby sister.
We are so thankful that Mike came into your life! He is an amazing man and we are proud to have him as a son-in-law. I love seeing the two of you become such a great family!
