A fieldtrip of sorts

Mondays have become some of my favorite days. Mike usually comes out for the weekend Saturday night or Sunday afternoon. We spend that time with his family, but on Monday we get to hang out just the two of us. Today, Mike just told me where to drive - wouldn't tell me where we were going though! We ended up Emigration Canyon at a little dive called Ruth's Diner. I guess the diner was featured on the Food Networks' "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives". It was a really cool place. We got to eat outside on the patio and it was a beautiful day. I loved that we were pretty much up the canyon eating delicious food. Then we continued driving up the canyon and enjoying all the beauty around us (not to mention gawking at some crazy huge houses!). It was such a fun little fieldtrip. Thanks Mike!
