This past week has been great. I've been on Spring Break and the weather decided that it was on Spring Break too. Sunshine everyday, warm temperatures, and a slight breeze. This made for genuine happiness and an overall sense of content for me. I've been driving around with my windows down, taking long detours through out of the way towns, and loving every moment of it. It all started last Friday with a Red Sox game with my friends and roommates. I am still in a fight with the Red Sox, but I'm slowly coming to accept that they will never change. This meaning their fans will always be die hard fans, and if I want any social life when they are doing well, I've got to jump on the band wagon. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Saturday my good friend Kim got married, so the day was spent at the temple for their sealing and later on at the reception. It's always interesting to me to see how the wedding reflects the couple. Kim and Marty are so laid back, and their reception was completely low stress. Three cheers for them.

Tuesday was fun because I got to go have lunch with my friend Ally and then meet up with an old friend from Freshman year at BYU. It turns out my old friend (Audrey) lives just miles away, and has been here since September. Also turns out she just had a baby. It was fun to see her and catch up knowing that we can rebuild our friendship since we both live in the same city. I did manage to get quite the farmer's tan/sunburn on only the LEFT side of my body. Ally and I trooped all around the city looking for a European bakery that sold this pastry that Mike has been raving about. After many inquiries and about forty five minutes, we found what we were looking for. He was pretty excited when he got them.

Yesterday I went to celebrate Mike's birthday with him and ended up getting presents from him for MY birthday. Yup . . . season's one, two, and three of "The Office". Nice work. He's pretty great. I feel an Office marathon coming on :)
Today I was back at the park and had a bit of a panic attack as I realized that it is now Thursday and Monday is going to creep up really fast.
Let me explain this next picture, as it was definitely the highlight of my day. As I was walking to my car, I noticed a patch of grass EXACTLY the diameter of a circle on the basketball court ON the basketball court. This would be odd enough, but what made it even better was the couple just chillin on it. The girl sitting in a pool toy. Three things that shouldn't go together . . . Basketball court, patch of grass, pool toy. Hmm. I got a good giggle out of this one -

**Here's a piece of good news - I have a job interview for a job at a middle school! Can't get too excited seeing as I haven't even scheduled the date for the interview, but I am excited to work somewhere new next year.
