Today I gave my students the biggest test they have had yet. It covered a lot of material and they have been studying hard for the past week. Today they came in, nervous as could be. I was waiting for all of them to file in the room when I noticed one of my students sitting at his seat with his head bowed.... praying. It caught me off guard. My heart went out to this kid as I remembered countless last minute prayers I offered as I entered the testing center at BYU. It was a nice reminder that there are parents who are teaching their children to pray. Thank goodness for that.
P.S. He did well, scored in the high 90's :)
